Puma Container Stores hit CT!

If you have been asleep for the last 2 weeks, Volvo Ocean Race is in Slaapstad. A bunch of lunatics are visiting the city you might be calling “home”, all disguised as yachtspeople taking part in the Volvo Ocean Race.

I can only imagine the pain, suffering and ability to deal with a constant flow of seaspray in the eyes is rewarding, builds character and sailing across the world is a “once in a lifetime experience”. Ja.

But then again, I race around the lavafield for the same rewards.

Along with the travelling aqua circus, the Puma team have brought a rather sexy pop up store which you can drool over if you head to the V&A Waterfront.

The original store, which they left in Germany, was apparently made out of 24 containers all put together to make a mega-pop up mall, but you can see the two 6m box version in Cape Town right now. There is a link to that one HERE.

For now, enjoy the pics and pop by for the experience. They are gone soon and then you’ll be left wondering what it looked like. Why you didn’t make the effort to go. Why you don’t have cooler friends.

They must have gone….
