So as promised I am going to put up weekly totals for my training. Here we go for the last week, which had Wacky Wine Weekend thrown in for a bit of distraction. Thankfully I like to dance full bore, which involves loads of jumping and generally leaves me more sore than a solid brick, so I am allowed to count that in for good measure in early weeks. Also, having no car last week meant I did quite a bit of solid walking at pace.
Here we go:
Saturday: 60min run, super easy. There were a few tequilas the night before.
Sunday: 180min ride, all AeT, followed by a 60min run, super easy.
Monday: AM: 30min easy run to start the day.
Monday: PM: 90min beautiful hilly run. Got a little carried away at the scenery.
Tues: AM: Yoga 60min
Tues: PM: Spin 60min easy with some ME work introduction + 10min of core work.
Wed: AM: 60min indoor spin. Bit of ME work in for good measure
Thur: AM: Yoga 60min
Thur: PM: Cancelled session.
Friday: 30min easy run + 2 hours of jumping around at Prime Circle.
Totals 13h30 of exercise, minus about 3 hours of walking I managed during the week extra to this total. Very stoked and on reflection a bigger week than I thought.
Started this week with 3 hours of jumping on Saturday which hurt me so badly that I couldn’t exercise last night. It clearly had nothing to do with drinking wine all day. Ok, a few brandy’s and coke. Let’s rock it this week.
