This video blew me away. It made me realize that no matter how big I think, my brain is still not thinking this big. I also realized that this was not the thought process of 1 person, and that the application of this idea from a few people must have taken many people to integrate and make a success. Big ideas require many people to make it a success.
I am currently working on projects where there are around 100 people in total touching a project. Developers, managers, admin, marketing, senior managers, technical staff, testing departments, sales, etc. They all make up a collaborative effort to make the project a success. Big ideas require big thinking, but require everyone to do their part as well. It’s the small pieces that make up the whole idea.
It’s the same with training for a big race. The race is the big idea. The training sessions, the recovery tools, the correct diet, the right equipment are the small parts that make the big idea possible.
It starts with that first step.
